Q. How do I register?
A. It’s a one-step process. Click on the link – Sign for free. This will take you the registration page. Select the user category out of these – Individual, Broker / Agent, Buyers, Sellers or Allied services provider; fill in the basic details and you are ready to use the portal.
Q. I have forgotten my password. Could you retrieve it for me?
A. Yes, The new password will be sent to you by mail.

Q. I did a search but still can’t find a property?
A. Probably there are no properties currently available which match your search criteria. Please leave your property requirements in the given form. As and when a property matching your selection criteria becomes available, we shall send you an email property alert.
Q. Do I have to be a member to search your site?
A. Search is FREE and just to do search you don’t need to register. But if you want to add your property to the property listings, you need to register. This is mainly because as a registered member, you can avail of our newsletters, property alerts and other regular service on the portal.
Q. The properties which came up in the search are not of my liking. How can you help?
A. We invite you to clearly put down all your requirements in the given form. This will be seen by agents, sellers, builders and developers, brokers who will get in touch with you when they have a property for sale that matches your requirement.
Sellers Queries
Q. How do I post my property on your portal?
A. First of all register yourself on Propertiesthisweek.com. As a registered member you can list your property for sale by filling up a simple form. Enter all the details of your property in the form and add property photos; photos are must to get a good response. We process the information given by you and once through the validation process we shall post your listing in a short while. All postings by members are sent for validation to ensure that only necessary information is posted.
Q. For how long my property will remain on the portal?
A. We shall keep your property details on the portal for two months. After that if you still want to keep your property details, you can repost these details.
Q. Is there any charge to post my property listing?
A. For initial first two months there is no charge. After that you can choose a display package of which details are given here.
Q. How would I come to know about the interest my property might generate?
A. Visitors to the site, interested in your property will have access to your contact details and they shall get in touch with you directly.
Q. Can I upload a photo to go with my property listing? If yes, how do I upload a photo?
A. Yes you can upload one photo per property of 200x160 pixels specification. If you have more than one photo for your property or want to display more than one property – you can get a customized microsite developed.
Q. I want to change the photo and edit the property details. How can I do it?
A. Once you log in to access your section, there is an edit profile/edit property section using which you can easily make changes.
Q. I have just posted my property but it does not appear in the search results?
A. When you post your property, it will not appear immediately in the search results. Properties posted by every member will undergo validation and screened for quality of text, photo quality and other basic details before it is displayed. Validation is usually completed within 24 hours after which your property should appear in the search results.
Q. Can I upload my logo with my listing?
A. No. However you have various options available to display your logo on the home page
Q. I am not getting much response for my property listing. Can you advise me how I can get a better response?
A. Try to provide maximum and clear details and good quality photo with your listing. All this helps in your property coming up more prominently in search results and thus you can expect better response.

A. For this go to the search page of our site in which you can specify your requirements and accordingly you get the property listing for our database. You can also view all our properties by clicking on Browse on Property.
